Big Idea Book: Guest entry for Bertie

Bertie is interested in the big idea History. In my world, when it comes to history, my first reflection is about the Chinese old streets. As you know, China has a long history, and the style of architecture changed all the time. But some old streets still reserved until now. Most people in China live in these old streets are old people, and have a traditional lifestyle. When we look at their live, the feeling is just like we go back to old times. They repaint the color of houses, but it can’t stop our strong feeling about history. History is the thing we can never erase even if we try to cover it.
